I love lao food but the Brisket I ordered was just plain burnt. I understand meat heaving some char but this was just burnt. I took it to-go without looking because it took so long to get the food. 30mins plus! Mostly bc person in front me ordered a lot. The papaya was mid at best. I understand everyone has a their own preference so that gets a pass.

First time here, and it definitely did not disappoint! The restaurant was spotless, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, the service was good, and I loved that they offer hot plates to go. We’ll definitely be back!

Love some good Laos food. Close to authentic. My drive is the only complaint. Food is affordable especially the hot and ready food plates. Love the brisket and sticky rice while my family loves the Laos sausage and sticky rice. Good papaya salad too. Drink options are good as well. Definitely recommend for some great Laos dishes.

Stopped here after a run to the airport and loved it. Great for a quick sit down or take out. We got the spicy pad thai and a lo mein dish - both delicious I loved the bok choy in the lo mein. The iced coffee was also a tasty surprise.

JP Lao isn’t a fancy spot, but the food is so comforting and delicious that the ambiance will be the last thing on your mind. I first tried JP years ago when they were still a food truck, and their papaya salad and Lao sausage quickly became my go-to order. Last year, my partner and I moved back to the area, and you can imagine my excitement when I discovered they had opened a brick-and-mortar location. Since then, I’ve tried almost everything on their menu, and it’s all been packed with flavor. I’m especially a fan of their Tum (salad) options, while my partner swears by the brisket with sticky rice. It’s also fun to browse the display cases and fridge, you never know what you’ll come across. My new favorite, though, is their khao peik. It isn’t listed on the main menu, but if you spot it handwritten on a piece of paper (or see their pho available), don’t pass it up. They're served in large bowls when you dine in with sauces to dress it up as much as you'd like, and the perfect dish for colder weather.
